Laurel was exceptional. My husband and I moved to the area recently, after 9 years in a different state, where we had a long-term relationship with a real estate agent we loved. Laurel found me the perfect home. She is very nice to work with and she got up from her sleep to come over to my house because I was locked out by a person viewing my home. When we couldn’t open the lock box she put me up in a hotel. I was so taken by her calmness throughout the whole ordeal.

We took help of Amanda and the whole process was very smooth. She was very responsive and had great communication throughout the process. Two-three months before we decided to actually buy, we had engaged Amanda to look for houses and dropped the idea later; however, Amanda kept in touch with us. Amanda was so responsive, understanding, empathic but still very professional. She understood the very short timeline we had and made things happen. Finally got some time to write and share feedback. Past couple of months was crazy managing the refinance and getting the loan approved with additional task of packing and preparing old house for sale. Initially we got in touch with Amanda for a single family home at Hawks Landing. We told her our requirements and budget. From there on Amanda started sending us listing matching our criteria. One fine day Amanda sent us listing for Mountain view rd. The minute we saw the listing we liked the house from the online photos. Initially I was reluctant to see the house because as our visa was in process. My wife insisted that we at least go and see the house in Person. We liked the house and we send the preapproval loan letter to Amanda. From that second on Amanda did not waste any time and send us all required documents to sign and submit the offer the night itself and we were the first one to submit an offer with preapproval letter. Amanda knows her stuff and current market trend and helped us walk-thru for max offer if the listing goes for a bid. I would say because of her we were first to offer the price and next day seller agreed to offer price and we were the lucky one to get the house. Amanda quickly got in touch with my lender and submitted required contract and paper work to get the ball rolling for final closing. Till the closing day Amanda was in constantly touch with us for any updates. We were very pleased to get Amanda as a agent working for us. Her service is excellent and she know her stuff and she was thorough in preparing the paper work paying attention to details and she was very top on everything to close the deal. Sold a Single Family home in Steelton, PA Laurel did a wonderful job of selling my home for me. She was able to sell my home within a few weeks of putting it back on the market. My previous realtor had it on for a year and did not do a good job. Laurel was very thorough and aggressive with keeping in touch and following up with other realtors after each showing to see if anything could be done to help sell my home.
